Frequently Asked Questions

How do I pay?

Payment is by PayPal. There is an option to pay by credit card within PayPal. You do not need a PayPal account to use this service.

Can I collect my artwork from your studio?

Yes. Please send me an email and we can work out a time to meet. 


How much is shipping?

Paintings require a bespoke packing and shipping cost depending on your chosen method of delivery. Please send me an email so we can discuss the options; or if you want to secure a painting, you can pay for it now and we can add shipping costs later. If you are near to Collingwood, ON, pickup is available at my studio.

Outside of Canada, shipping will need to be calculated. Please send me an email so we can discuss the options; or if you want to secure a painting, you can pay for it now and we can add shipping costs later.

How will my painting be wrapped?

Paintings will be carefully packaged using corner protection, bubble wrap and cardboard. Each one is unique so I take care that it is well packaged and that it arrives in perfect condition.

I have placed my order, how soon will I receive my artwork?

Most orders will be packed and shipped within 3 working days. Within Canada, pieces are sent by Canada Post or courier depending on size and weight. All shipments are tracked and require a signature on delivery.  There may be an extra charge if you require a rush delivery.


Can you ship internationally?

Yes, I can ship to most countries, although it will take longer to arrive depending on your location. After you have placed your order, I will provide you with shipping options and costs. If none of the options are acceptable to you, I will cancel your order and issue a full refund.

International shipments may be subject to import duties and taxes according to the laws of the destination country. Any additional charges are at the customer’s expense. We have no control over these charges and accept no responsibility for additional charges.

Colour accuracy

I do my best to make sure the photographs depict my work as accurately as possible. But, colour varies depending on the device you use. Colour is also affected by your screen settings. Please be aware that the colour you see on your computer or phone may not be exactly the same as the artwork itself.

What if it arrives and I don’t like it?

I want you to be fully happy with your new artwork.

If a piece is not as you expect, you have 7 days to contact me by email and request a refund. Once a return has been agreed, you are responsible for packing and arranging return delivery using the same service it was sent to you. Once the piece has been safely returned we will refund your payment within 14 days. Payment is refunded minus the cost of shipping and any fees.

What about International Returns?

At this time we are unable to offer a refund or return on any product(s) sent outside of Canada.


What if my piece arrives damaged?

All work is carefully packed and wrapped. If you receive a work that has been damaged in transit, please contact us within 7 days. Please photograph the damaged packaging before opening and of any damage to the item. Contact me with copies of those photographs and I will get back to you.
